Wholesale availability

Care instructions
Linen and blend
Hand wash, machine wash or dry clean. If you wash products in a washing machine do not overload it and allow enough space for linen item to move easily. Max washing temperature is 40 degrees
Tumble dry or airing
Linen creases easily, so spread it well while airing. As linen dries quickly, do not let it dry too much as it is easier to iron it while it is still slightly damp. Tip: set steam level on max, it will make ironing much easier.
Brushes
Brushes do not require extra care, you should consider 2 things: dry well if you use in the shower and wash thoroughly if use with any products, such as oils or massage creams. Oh, and replace the brushes every 3-4 months when using regularly, just as toothbrush.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All our items come wrapped in a craft paper and in a cardboard box. Overall look is pretty special and if you wish to personalize we can add gift message at no extra cost.
We consider every sale a potential gift so we will never include a printed invoice in your purchase, unless you ask us to.
Refunds and returns
We are happy to accept our items back (except the custom made items, ordered by you and created just for you) within 30 days when:
- you changed your mind or item turned out not what you expected (item has to be returned in the perfect unused condition)
- item is genuinely faulty (in this case please, let us know and we will offer you a replacement or refund)
Body and men's grooming sets are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless genuinely faulty.
We kindly ask you to send the items back to us and once received we will issue a refund. Please, ask for the proof of postage at the post office in case of package delay or loss.
